Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn or trial-tested shoes in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed for transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the warehouse inspects the return.
